As your recruitment chairs, we are so excited to welcome you to our Spring 2025 Recruitment! From recruitment to pledging to spending several semesters as active brothers, AKPsi has been an integral part of our WashU experience, and we can’t wait to share that with you!
Joining AKPsi means joining a national co-ed professional development organization––the country's oldest and largest of its kind. At WashU, joining AKPsi means joining a tight-knit community of driven and ambitious, yet fun-loving and passionate individuals who embody the principles of brotherhood and lifelong learning. Our members are united by a dedication to make positive, thoughtful contributions to every community we're a part of—past, present, and future.
We have built our recruitment process around AKPsi’s core values of professionalism, community, and diversity. Our events will allow you to share your unique, individual story and perspective while providing you the opportunity to understand what it means to be a part of the AKPsi brotherhood. All of AKPsi is eager to learn your name and story at our recruitment events this semester.

Is AKPsi only open to business majors?No, we are open to all majors!

How do I join AKPsi?AKPsi hosts recruitment events at the beginning of every semester. To never miss a recruitment update, fill out our interest form.

Can I rush a social fraternity or sorority if I am in AKPsi?Absolutely. AKPsi is a professional fraternity, so if you wish to join a social fraternity or sorority on campus, you are still eligible to do so. In fact, many of our brothers are also members of fraternities and sororities on campus!

What are AKPsi's eligibility requirements?As long as you are an undergraduate in good standing, you are eligible to join AKPsi. We are co-ed and open to all majors.

How does recruitment work?At the beginning of every semester, AKPsi hosts a few recruitment events that are open to the WashU student body. After these events comes closed recruitment, where we get to know you more personally and eventually extend bids. You must attend at least two of the open events to be considered for our closed recruitment. To ensure you don't miss out on any updates regarding recruitment, fill out our interest form.
