Welcome to the Alpha Lambda chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi!

 

Our chapter is home to a dynamic community of individuals from across WashU who approach the world from a variety of perspectives and pursue a wide range of professional and personal interests. Every interaction within our organization reflects our commitment to the professionalism, integrity, service, and sense of community we strive to foster. It is this culture of support and collaboration that makes our organization feel like a family for so many of our members.

 

AKPsi is known as a professional fraternity, but the value of this chapter comes from so much more beyond professional development. It is a place where members can ask questions, discover new passions and possibilities, and connect with people who genuinely want to see them succeed. 

 

As someone studying across two of our five schools here at WashU, I have always been drawn to interdisciplinary thinking. Throughout my time as a WashU student, I have explored a wide range of academic interests and career possibilities. AKPsi played a tremendous role in helping me navigate those interests because I was surrounded by people whose experiences challenged me to think differently and whose support encouraged me to pursue opportunities that blended multiple passions together. From the moment I rushed AKPsi, I knew this was a community that would uplift me and support everything I was passionate about.

 

That spirit continues to define our chapter today. Our brothers show up for one another each and every day, both within and beyond AKPsi. We celebrate important moments together and are there for one another in times of need. The friendships formed here extend far beyond professional development. They become some of the most meaningful relationships of your college experience.

 

Our community is strengthened not only by the relationships we build on campus, but also by an extensive alumni network spanning countless industries and career paths around the world. These connections provide invaluable mentorship, professional guidance, extensive support, and career opportunities that ultimately help brothers transition from their time at WashU to successful careers.
